Step 1 >> Application Form

  • Application deadline is June 1 (your application fee is waived if received before March 15)
  • Complete and Submit Application Form

Step 2 >> Submit Your Audition Recording.

  • You can UPLOAD your recording or provide a YouTube link HERE (if your audition recording file is 25MB or less)
  • If your file is larger than 25MB please use to send your file to “[email protected]
  • Audition Requirements: A recording of 2 contrasting excerpts from pieces best representing your current playing ability (Please limit recordings to 10 minutes)

Step 3 >> Application Fee

  • Please make checks payable to Ball State University.
  • **Please Note: We will not be able to consider any applications until all materials are received (application, recording, application fee).
  • All Applicants will be informed of their acceptance status within 2 weeks after their completed application is received.
  • Your assigned chamber music repertoire will be sent out by June 30th along with links to websites where recordings of the pieces can be found. You will receive your individual daily schedule for your assigned chamber music coachings, lessons and other BCMC activities during our orientation session on July 22.
